At Otakus.Very.Own, we want to ensure your tech gear meets your highest expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your electronics in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
